We are offering a four-race series.

Loft capacity is 1,000 birds.

The Perch Fee:
-
$125 per bird
- 5 birds for $500 + 2 FREE (total 7 birds)

10 birds for $1,000 + 3 FREE (total 13 birds)

The Perch Fee must be send with birds.

Accepting birds from February 20th to August 1st.
-
Replacement from August 1st to 31st.

The Activation Fee is $300 per bird.
-
Fees are due after the 130 Mile Activation Race and before the 150 Mile Race.

All birds must be activated to maintain eligibility.
-
All birds must be banded with a 2024 seamless band recognized by a National Organization.
-
All birds will be vaccinated against PMV and treated against coccidiosis, canker and internal/external parasites before entering the racing loft.
-
All birds will be on a light cycle system.
-
All birds will have their feather 9th and 10th before July 15th.
-
The breeder retains ownership of all activated birds.
-
Birds that are not activated at the time of the 150 mile race will become the property of Iron Wings Classic and may be activated by another breeder, or sold.

All training and race announcements will be posted on Facebook Live.

Race dates are subject to change due to weather conditions and bird status.

Birds will not be released if winds exceed 15 mph from the south, north, or crosswinds.

The 350 Mile Race prizes to be paid by the first drop and then clocking order. The first drop is considered the first arriving pigeons in a group - for example: if 10 birds arrived together, the first 10 prizes will be added together and divided by 10 equal amounts.

All races are open for 48 hours.

In the event that no birds return from a race within the 48 hour period, all money will be equally split and refunded between the actual birds submitted to that particular race less 15%.

If a bird misses the clock and is known to have been on the drop, the bird will be entered as the last bird on that drop. In case of a tie, the birds will share that prize equally.

If all prizes are not claimed within the 48 hour period of a particular race, the remaining money will be split equally between the winners minus 15%.

Birds will be shipped back at the breeder's expense,up to 3 birds can be shipped in a box.
- Anything over 3 birds will require another box.
- All birds will be shipped in brand new boxes.
- Return shipping rates are as follows - charges may change if postal rates go up:
- 1 bird - $65
- 2 birds - $75
- 3 birds - $85
- 4 birds - $85.00 for box 1 & $65.00 for box 2
- 5 birds - $85.00 for box 1 & $75.00 for box 2
- 6 birds - $85.00 for box 1 & $85.00 for box 2

Birds not claimed within 7 days after the last race will become the property of Iron Wings Classic.

All prizes will be paid out within 21 days of the final race.

15% of activation fees will be retained for race expenses.

The loft manager reserves the right to make all final decisions.

Iron Wings Classic reserves the right to deny entry to any breeder who does not follow the rules.

No pool gambling or gambling of any kind will be permitted on the property.

W-9 forms must be completed if earnings are $600 or more.

Participants must be 21 years of age or older to participate in the race and are responsible for all applicable taxes.

Iron Wings Classic will use Wincompanion for live timing.

The 425 Mile Race will take place 15 days after the 350 Mile Final Race.

The 425 Miles Race activation fee is $200 per bird.
-
There is a 7 days activation period prior to the 425 Mile Race.
-
15% of the 425 Mile Race entries will be retained for race expenses.
